A little history – Brittany and I met back when I first started dating my husband (7 years ago – wow doesn’t seem like that long ago). I immediately liked her and understood why she was a good friend of his. I was thrilled when Matt told me she was moving to Norfolk a couple years ago so that we would have the chance to finally hang out more. We were able to spend time with her and Ross (who I really liked – I mean him and Matt both let us girls talk their ears off the entire time we were together!). I was over the moon when she asked about doing their wedding!! I loved being able to go to sushi and hear about all the wedding plans a be a part of it from more than just a photographer angle.
Fast forward to the wedding day and some of her bridesmaids were commenting on how calm and collected Brittany was, I mean a wedding day can bring some stress after all. I still remember us driving to the first look and her saying, “I’m not worried about anything, I just want to marry Ross!” When I hear that it seriously just gives me this extra oomph for the day!
Her bridesmaids wore pretty blue long dresses, her florals were AMAZING and tied all her colors together so well, and then her train – wait until you see the train on her dress! SO PRETTY! The wedding and reception were in Norfolk, Nebraska and I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to spend the day with!
